Please include:
- Your name and contact details
- A description of what happened
- When and where it happened (if relevant)
What happens next
1) We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days.
2) We will investigate fully and fairly, and aim to respond within 10 working days.
3) If the matter is more complex and takes longer to resolve, we will keep you informed of
progress.
What if you are not satisfied
If you are not happy with our response, you can contact the Fundraising Regulator to escalate your complaint. They are the independent regulator of charitable fundraising and will look into your concerns fairly and independently. You can contact them via their website: www.fundraisingregulator.org.uk
